The Library of Dorico (ドリコの図書艦 ・Doriko no Toshokan) produced by Rejet will be released for the PS Vita in 2017. (? not sure) It’s officially described as a ‘sweet and nostalgic tale that rebuilds both the Showa and Heisei periods.’ Art is by Yoshinaga.

Library Cross ∞ (ライブラリークロスインフィニット) is a mobile game in development by Otomate in collaboration with Wright Flyer Studios, and is slated for a 2017 release. In addition to the game’s original characters, characters and the worlds from 5 of Otomate’s previous games will also be making an appearance. (Hakuouki, AMNESIA, NORN9, Moujuu-tsukai to Ohime-sama, Yunohana SpRING!)
Character designs are by miko (Code:Realize), RiRi (Binary Star,Yunohana SpRING!)), and 藤 理ト (no clue who is this lmao sorry!!!!).

Announced at RejetFes 2017 which took place on January 21~22, Usotsuki Shangri-La (嘘月シャングリラ) is an otome game for the PS Vita slated for a 2017 release. Art is by hagi.

Side Kicks! is an otome game by eXtend (who also produced Ouma ga Toki) that will be released on March 23rd, 2017!! The official site categorises it as an ‘adventure game where the true evil will be exposed.’ Art is by Sumeragi Kohaku.

Roses and Byzantium ~Dear Schrodinger’s Pyxis~ (玫瑰与拜占庭・méiguī yǔ bàizhàntíng) is a free historical otome game produced by a group of creators on Weibo, and is slated for a release for PC/mobile in early 2017. Art is by Weibo user nickel拟科.
Rather than just romance, the game also heavily features themes like politics, mystery, and violence. Set in London, the story is told from the perspective of 2 different heroines (each with 4 to 6 routes) and involves some mystery/puzzle-solving elements. Players have the option of ‘becoming the murderer,’ and some choices will allow players to choose for the heroine to lie instead of tell the truth.

わーい another game announcement from Otomate, this time in collobaration with KOGADO!! This is KOGADO’s first work under their new label, Girls Project.
Alice of Black and White (白と黒のアリス・Shiro to Kuro no Arisu) is slated for a 2017 release for the PS Vita. Art is by Mochimochita and KOGADO Studio, and it also seems that there will be a manga adaptation by Fujimaru Mamenosuke (who apparently also worked on the manga of quinrose’s alice…..??? lol). Scenario writers are Uozumi Yukiko (Meiji Tokyo Renka) and Kouzuki Hajime (multiple drama CDs).
